THE GLASSWORKER is Pakistan’s First Fully Hand-Drawn Animated Film is about a young boy named Vincent and is influenced by Japanese animation style.
This 25-year-old Pakistani Composer, artist and musician Usman Riaz is working on Pakistan’s first fully hand-drawn animated film which is called as The Glassworker. I know we all are excited to give one look to it so here is the one look to it.
RIAZ is one of the youngest TED Senior Fellow who is currently studying at Berklee College of Music. He is a huge fan of Studio Ghibli and has covered their music in that as well before.
This Animated Movie is a coming age story of a boy called Vincent, who learns the art of Glassblowing in his father’s glass shop.
After looking at this animation, you will feel that there is something good and really it is a big thing to do animation like this because it will not get obsolete with the passage of time.
Riaz said that beauty of hand painted and pencil lines cannot be copied by the machine or technology as exactly like you see on the paper.
One Vincent falls in love with a beautiful Girl who loves to visit the Glass Shop frequently. The whole movie revolves around the complications they faced in their lives as they grow old.
Riaz, who is the producer of this movie has also composed music for this animated movie as he is a famous musical prodigy in Pakistan.
So i know you are highly passionate about to look at this movie soon but you have to wait for sometime as he is hoping to hit his Kickstarter goal to complete this movie of 40-50 minutes long.
